Now that we have outlined exactly what we wish to accomplish from our video, and what we are going to use in order to accomplish our goal, we have drawn up a schedule for the production of our video outlining how long it will take for us to complete all of the necessary tasks.
- March 1st – Fully clear the assembly hall stage for filming
- March 3rd – Assemble the green screen panels for filming and store on assembly hall stage
- March 5th – Film the scenes with the band in the assembly hall stage. This includes all hand held band shots and the green screen shots. This will be expected to take some time, well into the evening.
- March 6th – Edit the green screen parts and include the half speed and double speed shots in this edit.
- March 15th – Film all of the narrative shots
- March 20th - Edit the Entire video according to the storyboards
- March 25th – Gain feedback from several people and ask about any changes to be made to the video
- March 31st - Final edit of video produced
We think this is a very possible timeline and gives us the entirety of the month of March 2014 to record and edit the video. This also gives us room for some feedback during production from a selection of our intended target audience.
